    The Rack & Roll Safety Dolly Cart is the ultimate locking caster dolly cart / moving dolly cart / warehouse dolly cart & all around dolly. Built to perform, this low profile dolly has an all caster zero turn radius. Based on the same steel platform as our yel-Low Safety Dolly but features 3" locking stem and wheel casters. These casters are mounted to the corners of the dolly giving it more ground clearance than the yel-Low Safety dolly allowing to go outside on uneven surfaces. When wanting the low profile of the yel-Low Safety Dolly, but needing the feature of locking casters; this is the perfect choice.


    This portable and small footprint dolly is great for indoor and office use. Offers excellent maneuverability and even fits on most rental truck loading ramps! Interchangeable post system offers maximum flexibility to move almost any load, from thin pieces like book shelves and TV’s to large pieces such as couch, desks, or mattresses. The Rack & Roll Safety dolly can carry 3 to 4 times the load of traditional flat carts or hand trucks while being easier, faster and safer to load. With the 8 posts it is ideal as a rolling rack for Sign shops to store material or move product to the printer or cutter.

    Features

    The Rack & Roll Safety Dolly Cart has locking stems and wheels on the casters that are foot operated making it very easy to use.

    The uni-body design is formed and welded out of one piece of sheet steel.  The sides are bent down and bent in and seems welded to make this an extremely strong steel box.  This box is then powder coated for the best coating to stand up against the elements and ware and tear.

    The vertical post brackets are attached from the outside making them extremely strong and durable.

    The eight American made 56″ steel 16 gauge posts can be used vertically or horizontally to carry a variety of loads.

    Uses

    The dolly is ideal for loading materials onto a panel saw.  It is the closest height out of all of our carts to the height of the material rollers.  You can simultaneously pull materials to be cut from the dolly while putting the cut pieces back on the dolly saving the need and space for two carts.

    It can be used as a material dolly for Sign Shops to be used as a rolling rack, taking materials to the printers/cutters or unloading a truck. It can simultaneously load a printer from one slot and hold the printed material in another.

    It is used for furniture movement, mattress movement, TV movement or just about any type of merchandise movement where you might need more ground clearance or locking casters.

    Shipping Policies

    • Free Shipping on all orders below 300lbs in weight will apply in most cases.  There are instances related to your shipping address that could require additional fees such as certain rural locations.  We will contact you before shipping your order if any additional shipping fees are necessary.
    • Liftgate Service is extra, so if required please add this by selecting the during checkout.   
    • Products ship within 48 hours of payment being processed. 
    • Selecting the incorrect shipping options during checkout can delay order fulfillment.
    • Custom Built items such as Panel Saws may have a lead time which will be displayed at the top of the product description, in this case, lead time begins within 48 hours of payment processing.  
    • Shipments will be sent via Fed Ex Freight or other common carrier to address provided by Buyer
    • Purchase must include a valid telephone number.
    • Residential and Commercial facilities without a loading dock  will be delivered on a pallet curbside - unloading the unit is the buyer's responsibility.
    • Inaccurate addresses may delay deliveries and incur additional charges for delivery.
    • Contact Shipping Provider Directly with delivery questions or problems, including delays in shipping or delivery problems. Shipping Provider will be responsible for merchandise damaged in shipment.

     

    Freight Delivery 

    Most of the items we ship via a freight company. Freight deliveries require a delivery time be scheduled and someone must be present at the time of delivery to inspect and sign for the merchandise. If your order contains more than one item and one of the items must be shipped via freight then the remaining items may be palletized and shipped together. Depending on the facilities available at the delivery address, a lift gate might be required. Lift gate options will be presented at checkout. 

     

    Lift Gate Service 

    For freight deliveries, you have the option of adding a lift gate to your delivery. A lift gate is the device that lowers a product from the truck to ground level. Lift gate option will be presented during the checkout process (it is added by default to all Residential Orders). Please note that lift gate service only ensures the product is removed from the truck. We recommend you have the additional help of two to four people to move the product to its desired location because drivers are not required to assist. Requesting lift gate service AFTER ordering may result in additional charges and delays. 

     

    Inspecting Your Shipment

    Returns & Refunds

    Once any unit has been used or installed it CAN NOT be returned. Within thirty (30) days of receipt of your merchandise we will gladly accept your returns.* ALL returns must be sent prepaid freight (paid by customer) and will require inspection upon receipt before any refund is transacted. No first time outbound freight will be refunded.

    All returned merchandise must be uninstalled, unused and in NEW condition. The returned merchandise must be in the original packaging, and include all the parts, instructions, and accessories. Packages that have been opened may be subject to additional fees, unless all parts, items and accessories with documentation are returned with the item again in the ORIGINAL packaging.

    To return merchandise, you must first contact us and we will provide the return shipping address. Send merchandise prepaid and insured and include a copy of the original invoice

    All refunds will be issued less the actual shipping charges (sometimes included in the items selling price). Allow up to 3 weeks for a Credit Card refund.

    In addition, some returns may be assessed up to a 25% restocking fee.

    Damaged Merchandise in Transit: Claims for damage are different with UPS, FedEx and Truck freight LTL Carrier. When any carrier delivers a shipment to you, you are required to inspect the package and its contents, and then sign the receipt. Be sure you receive the number of cartons you sign for. Inspect each box for signs of damage; look for crushed, torn, open, or unsealed tape, etc. DO NOT accept ANY damaged goods.

    "YOU", Not Oakwood Tool and Supply are responsible for verifying the condition of your merchandise upon receipt. Please inspect it carefully for shipping/handling damage, Open the Package and Inspect The Contents, prior to signing the delivery receipt. Oakwood Tool and Supply will not be responsible for concealed freight damage.

    If you find damage of any kind, REFUSE the shipment and Mark "Product Damaged re;( Dented, Broken, Punctured, Scratched, Dropped, etc) on the delivery Receipt. DO NOT SIGN THE DELIVERY RECEIPT and have the truck driver return it to the shipper.  Call Us Immediately and we will confirm that the trucking company did not make the delivery.

    Note:  Once the delivery receipt is signed, the customer is liable for the condition of the shipment.  Oakwood Tool and Supply will carry no liability for accepted deliveries that have damage from transit. 

    LTL Carrier freight claims are paid directly to you, the consignee, all claims for damage or loss must be filed with the LTL Carrier. The name, address and phone number of the LTL Carrier is on the bill of lading given to you at the time of delivery. If the information is not there, request if from the driver or call your local phone directory operator for the information.

    To protect yourself if you receive damaged merchandise, always keep the shipping cartons until your claim has been acknowledged and settled by the shipper. It is also a good idea to keep a detailed list of the damage and other documentation for your own file. If you accept damaged merchandise, the shipper (UPS, FedEx and truck freight ("LTL Carrier")) has the right to inspect the merchandise and original shipping cartons before processing your claim.

    Defective Merchandise: If you think you have defective merchandise (this means it does not work properly), please call the manufacturer directly. Most manufacturers view defective merchandise as a warranty claim and will usually either repair or replace the merchandise (policies may vary from manufacturer to manufacturer).
